They are all handicap accessible, and three are 100% handicap equipped.  The total square footage of the project is 48,767 SqFt.  The Community Center provides a kitchen and dining area while the property includes walking trails.

Seager Place

     Located in Greeensboro, NC.  Seager place consists of 42 senior apartment units & a Community Center. There are 34 one bedroom and 8 two bedroom rental units on site, all of which are handicap accessible and two of which are 100% handicap equipped.  The total project is 33,852 SqFt.
