Located in Reidsville, NC this project involves the rehab of 50 apartment units. Scope of work includes new siding, roofs, doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, as well as appliances. A new Clubhouse is also to be constructed.
