Randall Place
Kavanagh will be heading to Goldsboro this summer to start construction on a townhome project. This North Carolina Housing Finanace Agency (NCHFA) project will consist of Sitework as well as construction of a Community Center and 40 units. All units will be handicap accessible with six being fully handicap.
