       Once the Certificate of Occupancy has been obtained, you can rest assured that Kavanagh will not walk away from your project.  We are committed to monitoring and addressing any defects that are found throughout the 1 year warranty period.  As issues arise, we will perform any corrective action necessary or assist in lining up the trade subcontractors.  Often a project becomes a long tem assignment as we perform follow up projects and modifications as requested.
