Starting this summer Kavanagh will be partnering with Habitat For Humanity of Greater Greensboro to begin construction on a 20 unit townhome project. This is a new venture for Habitat although Kavanagh has built many houses over the years for Habitat on a volunteer basis. Kavanagh will be heading to Goldsboro this summer to start construction on a townhome project. This North Carolina Housing Finanace Agency (NCHFA) project will consist of Sitework as well as construction of a Community Center and 40 units. All units will be handicap accessible with six being fully handicap.

This project is to be construced where the old Pet Dairy building is located off of Murrow Blvd. The development will consist of 180 luxury apartment units, two retail buildings, as well as a Community Center with heated pool & fitness center
