• Habitat For Humanity

• Starting this summer Kavanagh will be partnering with Habitat For Humanity of Greater Greensboro to begin construction on a 20 unit townhome project. This is a new venture for Habitat although Kavanagh has built many houses over the years for Habitat on a volunteer basis. • Kavanagh will be heading to Goldsboro this summer to start construction on a townhome project. This North Carolina Housing Finanace Agency (NCHFA) project will consist of Sitework as well as construction of a Community Center and 40 units. All units will be handicap accessible with six being fully handicap.
