Colony Place  

     Located in Fayetteville, NC this 100 unit affordable housing family apartment project is undergoing a substantial rennovation and is funded through NCHFA. The scope of work involves a complete interior rennovation with new plumbing, mechancial, electrical, cabinets, sheetrock, flooring, doors, windows, siding & roofs. In addition a new Community Center is being contructed. The project is Energy Star and NAHB Green Certified.

Woodbridge

     Located in Reidsville, NC this affordable housing family apartment project involves the rennovation of 50 units. This is funded by NCHFA. Scope of work includes new siding, roofs, doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, as well as appliances. A new Clubhouse was also constructed.

Eno Haven

     Located in Hillsborough, NC this senior affordable housing apartment building is a 3-story, 86,500 SqFt facility and is financed by NCHFA.  It has 76 units that are handicap accessible, 8 of which are fully handicap. These units are all one and two bedroom.  Amenities include computer room, exercise room as well as a community kitchen.   

Churchview Farm

     Located in Greensboro, NC.  Churchview Farm is a senior affordable housing apartment project. It is comprised of 60 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom craftsman style senior apartment units which were financed by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. The Community Center displays a spacious activity room, computer center, on site management office, and a laundry facility. gazebo, and picnic area.  Outdoor seating, garden spots, gazebo, picnic area and generous landsacping decorate the property's exterior. This 50,282 SqFt project is Energy Star certified.

*Randall Place

     Located in Goldsboro, NC. Randall Place, a NCHFA financed project, consists of 40 family affordable housing apartment units and a Community Center. There are 4 one bedroom, 20 two bedroom, and 16 three bedroom units all of which are handicap accessible totaling 49,822 SqFt. Of these, seven are fully handicap. Site amenities include gazebo, picnic shelter, playround equipment and surrounding creeks.  

*Spring Brook Meadows

     Located in High Point, NC.  Spring Brook Meadows is a Hope VI project consisting of 83 for sale single family homes.  These homes are Energy Star Certified. There are 6 different floor plans ranging in size from 1,214 to 1,699 SqFt.  These income assisted houses are mostly 2-story and have 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. The site features a 3 hole golf course, soccer & baseball field.

*Willow Grove

   Located in Red Springs, NC.  Willow Grove, a NCHFA financed project, provides 24 family affordable housing duplex units & a Community Center.  There are 6 one bedroom, 12 two bedroom, & 6 three bedroom affordable rental units. All of the units are handicap accessible and 3 are 100% handicap equipped. The total project consists of 22,938 SqFt. Site amenities include gazebo, playground equipment, garden planting boxes, and beautiful landscaping.

*Spring Brook Senior Villas

     Located in High Point, NC.  Spring Brook Senior Villas features 44 senior affordable housing duplex rental units. The onsite Community Center has a computer center, kitchen, dining area, and outdoor gazebo. The units range in size from 649 SqFt to 862 SqFt totaling 33,266 SqFt.  There are 28 one bedroom and 16 two bedroom units, all of which are handicap accessible.

*Rankin School Place

     Located in Greensboro, NC.  Rankin School Place,a NCHFA financed project, features 56 senior affordable housing apartment units & a Community Center. There are 48 one bedroom and 8 two bedroom units. They are all handicap accessible, and three are 100% handicap equipped.  The total square footage of the project is 48,767 SqFt.  The Community Center provides a kitchen and dining area while the property includes walking trails.

*Seager Place

     Located in Greeensboro, NC.  Seager place, a NCHFA financed project, consists of 42 senior affordable housing apartment units & a Community Center. There are 34 one bedroom and 8 two bedroom rental units on site, all of which are handicap accessible and two of which are 100% handicap equipped.  The total project is 33,852 SqFt.

*Willow Oaks

     Located in Greensboro, NC. KMW completed the construction of 8 single family homes in this subdivision. KMW also has plans to build town-homes within the community.  The Willow Oaks Revitalization Project is a public-private partnership who's goal is to transform the area into a vibrant, mixed-income, mixed-tenure, mixed-use community.  It is sponsored by the Greensboro Housing Authority and the City of Greensboro.

*Arbor Court 

    Located in Greensboro, NC.  This built out project provides 20 affordable housing town-home units once. We assisted Habitat For Humanity in the construction of one 6-unit townhome building which consists of single story and two story units.
