Spring Brook Meadows is one of our developments currently participating in this System Vision program through Advanced Energy which guarantees homeowners a 100% reimbursement for 2 years should their heating/cooling bill exceed their "Guaranteed Usage".
This program incorporates Low E windows, raised heel trusses, 100 cfm bath fans, foam sill insulation, R-38 attic insulation, Energy Star appliances, as well as 90% AFUE HVAC units.
Each house undergoes multiple tests including duct leakage tests, insulation checks, as well as a blower door test to check for CFM leakage.
